Come as you are and step into a space where movement becomes a language of liberation, joy, and connection. This workshop is an invitation to explore the magnificence of your body, embrace its wisdom, and celebrate the power of moving together.
Through guided movement meditation, we'll awaken our senses, oil up the skeletal system, activate our muscles, and release the fascia—allowing endorphins to flow freely. This is a space to release, rejuvenate, and restore energy, reclaim body autonomy, and honor the diversity of self-expression.
Inspired by the biodiversity of nature, we'll explore how movement is as fluid and boundless as the elements around us—how nature itself is inherently queer. Through breath, rhythm, and collective energy, we'll rediscover the many ways our bodies can access pleasure, power, and potential.
This workshop is open to all levels and accessible to everyone. No prior dance experience is needed—just bring yourself, your curiosity, and your body exactly as it is.
Let’s move, connect, and celebrate the power of moving together!
