Spaces are as always limited, please sign up only if you can come or cancel as soon as you know that you can’t come to give your spot to someone else.

In this workshop Aranja will talk about the physiology of sleep, while holding space to share about sleep struggles and possible ways to improve sleep. This is a space for learning and exchange rather than a somatic session, so bring a notebook if you’re feeling nerdy. Instead of quick fixes and magical solutions, the workshop is an opportunity to learn, reflect, get practical knowledge and new perspectives on rest, share tips and feel less alone with our sleep challenges.

Aranja (she/they) is a queer psychological counselor specializing in topics that are often considered taboo such as trauma, death and dying, grief, and kink. Aranja works primarily with people who fall outside of the societal norm (artists, critical thinkers, migrants, queer community, relationship anarchists etc.) at the intersection of individual eccentricity and social justice.
