Organizational, occupational and political education was an important issue for GLADT right from the start. We have a pool of intersectionally trained Black and PoC coaches, mediators and supervisors who can provide training and workshops on these topics:

• Sexual and Gender Diversity, also in connection with issues such as Immigration, Asylum and Religion
• Intersectionality
• Anti-racism and Critical Whiteness
• Decolonized Pedagogy
• Anti-violence and Anti-discrimination
• Empowerment Workshops

In addition, training can be designed and conducted along your needs and topics relevant to you.
