WORKSHOP 1 Consent and Boundaries’

Learn how to feel and express your own boundaries and also dare to ask for your wishes and needs in communication with other beings. This workshop will offer an exploration around consensual touch and will give an insight of embodied experiences of receiving and giving touch. Explore how to stay connected with each other verbally and non-verbally. The ‘yes’, ‘maybe’ and ‘no’ are equally celebrated. It is a space that allows us to become aware of internalized patterns of systems of oppression around us that have shaped and influenced those. More than ever we need spaces to find communication and words to be able to express how we want to interact with ourselves and with others. As human beings we need touch and intimacy for the health of bodies, minds and spirits. This workshop is about empowerment,

WORKSHOP 2 ‘Safety in our bodies’

This workshop will use lecture, discussion and embodiment practices to build an understanding of our nervous system. Through awareness of stressors for our bodies, we can learn and practice how to cultivate strategies to regulate ourselves and expand relaxation. What is the ground we need in order to feel that? I will touch on a theoretical part about our nervous system and how a feeling of safety and/or unsafety can be read from our own bodies. We will have time for discussions and we will explore some somatic tools. By building a feeling of more safety in our own bodies we become more resilient and have more expansion to act from a source of power.Expanding this source means to be able to feel our bodies and therefore to have the capacity to be held accountable for our actions. And in the end it gives us resources to exist,
