You are invited to this Care Circle to explore your relationship with your body and experiment with ways of being that center care and connection. Through somatic practice and gentle movement, you’ll be supported to arrive in your body and make room for what needs to be listened to. In partner and group exercises, we practice how to offer and receive care in ways that respect your own and others’ boundaries. During our practice, you may begin to notice conditional tendencies and patterns, like overreaching or holding back, and explore what shifts when you feel supported enough to make choices from a more centered place.
This circle is an invitation to slow down and be present with whatever comes up. It is rooted in the understanding that the ways we show up in our everyday moments shape the patterns of the larger system.
